WHY WE LIKE IT

We advise this location if you are looking for a Digital Detox Experience, but for those who not want to be totally of the grid. Though, it’s hard to reach and you really have to follow the directions on the site. Book the La Morita fort if you need to unwind from the daily stress.  Prefer to stay closer to the people? Book El Cíbolo and enjoy the amazing spa.

HOTEL DESCRIPTION

Luxury, fun and peace at a very remote place. That’s how we would describe the Cibolo Creek ranch.  The hotel is spread over 3 places; El Cíbolo, La Ciénega and La Morita. If you are looking for real tranquility we advise La Morita because it’s the smallest of the three forts, but it it has no electricity and it’s 45 minutes across the ranch from the main building (El Cíbolo). Most activities are starting in El Cíbolo, just like the spa and the fitness area. The meals are also served here. If you like Mexican and Spanish food you are going to love the restaurant; the dishes are mainly based on these cuisines.

ACTIVITIES

Cíbolo Creek Ranch offers activities from dawn until deep into the starry night. The area in and around the ranch is fortunate to possess numerous interesting and historically significant attractions for the traveler both the young and the young at heart. Go hiking, do the fort/mountain tour or search for the wildlife that lives in the Chihuahuan desert!

USEFUL INFORMATION

Take in account that you have to sign the medical liability waiver because the ranch isn't close to any medical assistance. Follow the directions on the website, otherwise you are going to have a hard time to find the ranch. No cell reception at the Cibolo Creek Ranch.
